My LORD and GOD, it is 2:30 in the morning and the moment of truth comes in once more that You have created another morning for all Your children. Each dawn, You make it possible that our day will start fresh in our faith and trust in You. Yesterday may have endorsed on our laps trials that affected us in our belief, but today, being it a new morning, You have awakened us to exalt and glorify You in Your Holy Name!
You make everything in the universe spin according to Your plan, my LORD. All the stars, planets, moons, galaxies and even those unknown paths in the universe, are at Your command. They move at Your mere whisper. Yours is the power that puts everything in place. How we trust You with all our hearts!
Thank You so much for allowing us to learn of Your loving grace and unceasing kindness. You hear our prayers and bring comfort to our weariness. More than ever we pray for Your protective wings to shield and cover us in the midst of every turmoil. Oh, LORD, thank You so much for loving us unconditionally. Your love becomes our weapon against the enemies' tactics. Our hope is only You.
Please put our minds at ease today, dear LORD. In our quivering, make us hear Your soothing and gentle voice so we can be strengthened and be encouraged to press on. Sprinkle our hearts with the spices of acceptance of Your caring ways, perseverance, courage, patience, understanding and love as we get involved with the world. Teach us always to grow with You. Show us how to be forgiving and kind. Grant us the wisdom to only want what can bring us closer to You. Make us ever pliant in change. Teach us to put our trust in You without any hesitation.
You bring the light and show us the path to freedom and we are grateful. Make our hearts be like Yours, dear LORD. Let us be worthy sharers of Your love with others as You have commanded. Make us hear and see You in every person we meet and interact with. Let us remember to fulfill our tasks faithfully in Your name. We love You so very much.
